Going Underground (Northkorea #4)

Going into the Metro is one of the Highlights of visiting Pyongyang. It might be the one place you get in touch with real Northkoreans. So being there is a frenzy and goes by in a breeze, when you shoot on film. Because you have to change films all of the time. One interesting detail is, that the trains are old metros from East-Berlin. So for me as a Berliner it's like coming home riding the subway in Pyongyang...
