    Looks like modern ruins built over ancient ruins.

    @neufotomacher That's actually quite an accurate remark. Furthermore there's been some debate on how well the restoring process has been accomplished. Nevertheless visiting the site shows you a glimpse of the grandeur of the palace some 4000 years ago. And to give you some perspective the people inhabiting the area of Finland, my home country, had at that time just discovered the art of poking oneself in the eye with a stick.
