that's a good question. where i developed it, no one could aswers me. i don't know yet if it's something related to the camera, the film or the developping process. i have know another b/w 100 iso roll on my holga, let's see the results soon. thanks for the question, anyway!
It depends. I've seen such results with very old film and with fresh Lucky SHD100 too. This one appears to be not exactly silver emulsion fog, but some sort of diffusion of pigments from the backing paper into the film base. Why don't you contact @lomography about the problem? It could be the whole batch that is affected.
