Minolta SRT-101
Minolta SRT-101 w/ Minolta 50mm f/1.4 lens
My father actually gave me this camera along with a few other Minolta lenses. He picked it up at an estate sale in North Carolina. This body is a metal beast. I always liked full mechanical bodies better than the newer electronically controlled ones.
The minolta srt 101 is my main camera. My father buy it new around the year I was born (1975) and give it to me about 20 years ago along with a minolta rokkor 50 mm f/1.4, a vivitar 85-205 mm, and a wide angle vivitar 28mm f/2.8.
It amazes me how a totally mechanical camera that's almost 40 years old (just like me) works so well.
