Camera Modification: Turn your LC-A+ into a Rainbow Camera!
written by sandravo on 2013-05-16 #gear #tutorialsPersonally I am a huge fan of redscaling. It allows you to get some color in your photos, even on the grayest of days. But what if you just want to add the redscale effect to just some of your photos rather than shooting an entire roll this way? Easy enough: use a red filter! And while you're at it, why not throw in some other colors as well?! Read on to find out how you can turn your LC-A+ in to a rainbow camera!

Cross-Processed Fuji Velvia 50 RVP: Keeps the Spirit of Your Scenes
written by andyresag on 2012-04-12 #gearA while ago I ordered Fuji Velvia 50 RVP 35mm color slide film because I liked the idea of getting very fine grained pictures it promises to deliver. It is a slow speed film that, if treated with xpro, features slight to medium versatile color shifts and very saturated colors. Compared to the Velvia ISO 100's typical red and purplish hues, cross-processing the Velvia ISO 50 brings you more subtle but still distinctive results. It's not the best choice for night photography. Now, the colors that it brings is what I like about it.
