Like a Silent Shadow
The girl in the black micro mini and sports bra followed me for most of that day's lunchtime walk. She was a bit out of it, at times stretching like a cat against some trees and just staring blankly, but never rude and never saying a word. She usually stayed about 10 meters behind me until I got to the locked gates of Fort York, at which point she came up right beside me, grabbed onto the gate, swung herself over and continued on her way. I've never seen her again.
