Smoking the Ham - Easter Dinner

I also cook:) All foods pictured created by yours truly, Chef Marcus. Photographed with Canon A-1 50mm 1.4 loaded with Lomo CN 400. Ham spiced with cloves, mace, cinnamon, black pepper, and mustard powder. Grilled on indirect heat with apple wood chips.
