shared by clickiemcpete on 2012-05-19Testing the little Waldorf Mini from the 1940's. It's bakelite and takes 127 roll film which is available from several suppliers if you do a Google search This tiny camera was one of many that were made with the same molds and given different face plates during the 1940's and early 50's. It's incredibly cute with a nice simple shutter, looks and functions very much like the Sprocket Rocket except a lot smaller. Hmmm, LSI, you listening? How about a 135 mini Sprocket Rocket that takes either 4x6 or square frames, mask included...C'mon, you know you want to make it for us! And please give us molded lugs for neck or wrist straps! :D

Chuo Freeway
shared by hodachrome on 2011-10-20Expose lower half first, and set a tripod upside down and expose upper half in the same way as 1st shot. To turn tripod 180 degrees, I used two panheads. About 10 seconds each. Using a cable release and black adhesive tape (to mask the light sensor of LC-A+). Vivid blue or purple colours are by trucks decorated with light bulbs. Needed patience and concentration...

Looking down the stars of the Monument
shared by filby on 2010-06-19This has become my most liked photo, thanks everyone! I can still remember the moment when I took the photo, leaning the camera on the edge of the rail for stability and hearing the satisfying second click as the shutter closed. I remember wondering if it would turn out, I didn't expect this; These are the moments that make me LOVE film.

shared by bccbarbosa on 2012-01-15Trying the Earl Grey for the first time, with the Canon QL17. I'm loving this film, I can tell I'll be shooting loads of this on summer, the contrast is insane; and the Canonet is a blast to shoot with. I bought this one second hand for a very good price. It needs new light seals and the advance lever is working weird, still the rangefinder is bright and accurate, and the lens is clean and free of the bad guys. This camera does take very good pictures. With a bit of care it will be like new.
