Madam de Marquis of Zhou
This is the mummified corpse of the Marquis of Zhou, who was buried in three huge coffins one inside the other, Russian doll style. She was so perfectly preserved when she was discovered her skin still had elasticity, and she appeared to be merely sleeping. Unfortunately this was during the Cultural Revolution, so she was left outside and exposed to the elements for about ten years. Now she looks like she is half human, half potato.
