1st steps with Lomochrome Purple...
shared by dreamseller on 2013-07-26...and it turned out way too dark. The first three shots I really like, the rest I just uploaded to show you that this film seems to need a lot of light. It was really sunny and the shots are exposed at 200 iso, so, you can imagine what would've happened if I shot them at 400 iso. Nevertheless, I love the colors and I'm sure, I will have a lot of fun as soon as I will have the right feeling :)!

First rolls with Lomochrome Purple XR 100-400
shared by sweetyyydreams on 2013-07-31I finally received my pre-ordered rolls of Lomochrome Purple, and decided to try one roll on my Holga, which I haven't used for ages, and my new Yashica Mat 124G. As it was a beautiful summer day, I put settings as following: playing with cloudy and sunny settings in N mode for the Holga, and varying the exposition between 100 and 200 ISO for Yashica, with playing with apertures and exposure time between f8 and f16 and 1/60 to 1/250 deending on shadows and sun. Some photos are the same between both cameras, to compare the render of the photos.

Mysterious?
shared by natalieerachel on 2011-05-13I unknowingly loaded used spinner film from London into my mini and created my own doubles. On top of that, I also soaked the film in citrus-y goodness! (One of my favorite places to go when I like to be by myself is on the boat docks by the marina. I like how the water sparkles and the silence is perfect.)

Psychedelic Cat
shared by tomkiddo on 2012-07-18My favourite colour negative film so far. The colours are natural and I hardly see any grain in these photos(I don't really like grains). It is also very versatile.

shared by pussylove on 2011-05-17Why so many pix of my cats? Not because I am kind of a pathetic grand'ma, just because they are perfect models: They are always available, they never complain, they don't pretend to be the model, they don't do stupid faces like chicken mouth, they don't complain that they are MUCH MORE pretty in real that the picture, they don't care about FB. Nevertheless if some people wants to play the model, please, LET ME KNOW! And yes, I am a pix psychotic...

Oh God, there's a cat swimming in the sky!
shared by ilfrusta on 2011-03-31I was thinkin' about the best way to express not just my idea of energy, but also my IDEAL energy. My cat, in one of its powerful expressions, suggested me that ENERGY IS IN THE NATURE, in each and every creature. We got the power.

Ghosts roam as I fade, seeing slow other worlds
shared by myloveletter on 2011-09-13Accidental bulb picture, sorta trippy looking, and coincidentally minutes before I had a heat stroke and was sorta seeing this way in real life. Caught in dreams... and the heat of repeat. This roll was largely unsuccessful. I tried to do a multiple exposure or two, and the switch being the same one that controls "B" and "N" caused me to have it on B most of the time without knowing it. I suppose it made everything surreal and dreamy, which is fitting since the whole experience where I was was incredibly surreal, and I had a heat stroke at one point, so the super trippy ones are a reflection of exactly how I was feeling...
