Golden Sails
shared by mylatehope on 2011-11-23Ah, the wonders of the yellow filter on my AGFA Clack. Rather than having an actual different aperture for sunny versus cloudy weather, the Clack "features" (and I use that term loosely) a yellow filter for sunny days. In this case, I am enamored by the results. In some other photos, not so much. This photo was taken high above Narragansett Bay on the cliffs of Ft. Wetherill State Park. That's the shore of Newport, RI in the distance. It was a scary thought that the cliffs were marked with signs warning "No Diving". Anyone willing to dive from this height into these waters is much braver (stupider?) than me. Created using my 1950's AGFA Clack with Kodak Lumiere LPZ 120 100X slide film of unknown expiration. Positive (slide) scanned with an HP Scanjet 4890.
