Budweiser Can Camera

Easy to use and always a conversation piece wherever you go, the Budweiser Can Camera is a sure fire hit for your outdoor parties!

I was given this camera sometime back (approximately a year and a half ago) and never got round to putting a film through it before it got consigned to the not so used camera box, then the other day i dug it out and gave it a whirl, it has a plastic fixed focus lens and one shutter setting with a built in flash. super easy to use!! and wont allow you to take a picture unless the front is lifted up to reveal the lens. to advance the film you simply turn the ridged top of the can and to rewind, flip up the ring pull and turn back the other way.

i was pleasantly surprised as it produced nice soft focus images with a nice amount of contrast and under the right circumstances vignetting, although some of the images came out a bit underexposed as it was partly a dull day and i only had 200 film. its easy to carry around been about same size as a 330ml can and weighing about the same as a Diana, although you might get some odd looks when you hold it up to your eye instead of your mouth. i think this camera or one similar is available in other brand names too
