“Around the World in Analogue” is your bite-size guide to the most amazing travel destinations across the globe, as documented by the members of the Lomography community. Today, Lomographer Simeon Smith (@driftusmaximus) walks us around the storied streets of Rome, Italy.
Last September, I needed to celebrate. My wife and I had spent 10 years of marriage having three kids, and we needed to get away without them. My beautiful in-laws took the kids, and we board a budget flight to one of the greatest cities on Earth.
Amazing food? Check. Brilliant coffee? Check. Culture? Bucketloads. Cheap Air BnBs? Check. Everything you need for a great city break.
All photos were taken by Simeon Smith with the Leica IIIa and Fomapan 400. To see more of Simeon's photographs, visit his LomoHome or follow him on Instagram and Twitter.
